1. 接受条款
下载、安装、使用 AnnoNext 软件，或使用 annonext.com 网站，即表示你已阅读并同意本条款。若不同意，请不要使用。
2. 免费版许可
- v1.0.0 全部功能免费：个人使用与工作场景（包括在商业项目中正常使用本软件处理你的文件）均可。
- 无期限、无水印、无页数限制、无需注册。
- 发布日承诺：首发版本免费开放的功能与上限，之后只增不减，不收回另卖。
3. 专业版许可（规划中，开售时以购买页为准）
- 买断制、不订阅、许可无到期日。
- 单份许可供个人在最多 2 台设备上使用。
- 不得分享、转售、出租激活码或许可；团队或多设备并行使用请按席位购买。
4. 使用限制
- 禁止对软件进行逆向工程、反编译、破解，或绕过、干扰许可验证机制；禁止移除版权标识。
- 禁止将软件用于任何违法用途。
- 说明：出于安全检查目的对软件的外部行为（例如「是否联网」）进行独立验证，不在限制之列 —— 我们欢迎你验证「零联网」的承诺。
5. 按「现状」提供（AS-IS）
软件按「现状」与「现有」基础提供，不附任何明示或默示的担保，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的担保。我们不保证软件不中断、无错误，也不保证它适合你的每一项具体工作。
6. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接损失、附带损失、数据或利润损失不承担责任；我们对你的累计责任以你过去 12 个月实际支付的金额为上限（免费使用时即为 0 元）。本条款不削减依法不可排除的消费者权利。
7. 你的文件，你来备份
软件提供撤销 / 重做，但任何编辑工具都可能出错。对重要文件保留原件、在副本上操作，既是工程惯例，也是你自己的责任。
8. 更新与版本
许可不设到期日。未来新版本何时发布、是否单独收费，我们会在发布前像今天一样写清楚 —— 不会悄悄改变已经给出的承诺。
9. 终止
若你严重违反第 4 节（如破解、绕过许可验证），许可自动终止且不予退款。
10. 法律适用与争议
本条款以中华人民共和国法律为准据法；你所在司法辖区的消费者强制保护规定（如欧盟 / 英国的法定撤回权）优先适用。争议先友好协商，再走法定途径。

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the AnnoNext application, or by using the annonext.com website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Free edition licence
- All v1.0.0 features are free: personal use and work use (including using the software on your files within commercial projects) are both permitted.
- No expiry, no watermark, no page cap, no sign-up.
- Launch-day promise: the features and limits that are free in the launch build only ever grow — never taken back and resold later.
3. Pro edition licence (planned; the purchase page governs once on sale)
- One-time purchase, no subscription, licence with no expiry date.
- One licence covers personal use on up to 2 devices.
- Licence codes may not be shared, resold or rented; teams or parallel use across more devices require per-seat purchases.
4. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or cracking of the software, and no bypassing or interfering with its licence validation; copyright notices may not be removed.
- The software may not be used for any unlawful purpose.
- Note: independently verifying the software's external behaviour (e.g. whether it connects to the network) for security auditing is not restricted — we welcome verification of our "offline by default" claim.
5. Provided "AS IS"
The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific task.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data or profits; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the past 12 months (which is zero for free use). Nothing here reduces consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Your files, your backups
The software provides undo / redo, but any editing tool can make mistakes. Keeping originals of important files and working on copies is engineering common sense and your own responsibility.
8. Updates and versions
The licence has no expiry date. When future versions ship and whether any of them are priced separately, we will state it in advance, exactly as we do today — promises already given will not be quietly changed.
9. Termination
If you seriously breach section 4 (e.g. cracking or bypassing licence validation), the licence terminates automatically without refund.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Mandatory consumer protections of your own jurisdiction (such as the EU / UK statutory withdrawal right) prevail. Disputes: friendly discussion first, then lawful channels.
