Refund Policy

1. 现状（截至 2026-10）
免费版无购买、无支付，因此不存在退款场景。也请留意：目前没有任何官方收费渠道，任何以「AnnoNext 代理 / 内购 / 激活代办」名义向你收费的，都与我们无关，请勿付款。
2. 7 天退款承诺（专业版开售后适用）
- 自购买之日起 7 个自然日内，若软件在你的设备或系统上无法运行，或核心功能与销售页面描述严重不符，可申请退款。
- 流程上请先给作者一次修复机会（我们会在 24–48 小时内响应并尽力解决）；若无法解决，全额退款，不需要额外的理由说服任何人。
3. 如何申请
发送邮件到 [email protected]，并附上：
- 下单邮箱与订单号（或支付平台的交易记录截图）；
- 购买平台（Lemon Squeezy / 爱发电 / 面包多）；
- 问题描述（有截图更好）。
我们在 1–3 个工作日内处理你的申请；到账时间取决于支付渠道，一般为 5–10 个工作日。
4. 法定权利优先
欧盟 / 英国消费者依法享有的 14 天法定撤回权（数字商品）以及其他地区的法定退款与消费者保护权利，均优先于本页承诺；本页任何内容都不削减、不替代你的法定权利。
5. 例外
明显滥用除外，例如：破解或分享许可后申请退款、同一订单反复「购买—退款」刷单、以虚假理由重复申请。此类情形我们可拒绝退款，并可能依《服务条款》终止相关许可。
6. 各平台的处理方式
- Lemon Squeezy（国际）：其作为记录商户（Merchant of Record）处理退款，款项原路退回你的支付方式。
- 爱发电 / 面包多（国内）：经平台退款流程处理；若平台无法直接退款，则由作者原路转账退还。

The free edition involves no purchase and no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Please also note: no official paid channel exists today. Anyone charging you in the name of "AnnoNext agents / in-app purchases / activation services" has no connection to us — please do not pay them.
2. The 7-day refund promise (applies once Pro is on sale)
- Within 7 calendar days of purchase, if the software cannot run on your device or system, or its core features seriously fail to match the sales page description, you may request a refund.
- Please give the author one chance to fix it first (we respond within 24–48 hours and will genuinely try); if it cannot be fixed, it is a full refund — no extra justification required.
3. How to request
Email [email protected] with:
- the purchase email address and order number (or a screenshot of the payment record);
- the platform used (Lemon Squeezy / Afdian / Mianbaoduo);
- a description of the problem (screenshots welcome).
We process requests within 1–3 working days; the money reaches you in roughly 5–10 working days depending on the payment channel.
4. Statutory rights prevail
The EU / UK 14-day statutory withdrawal right for digital goods, and statutory refund and consumer-protection rights elsewhere, prevail over this page; nothing here reduces or replaces your legal rights.
5. Exceptions
Obvious abuse is excluded, e.g. requesting a refund after cracking or sharing a licence, repeated buy-then-refund cycling on one order, or repeated claims made in bad faith. In such cases we may refuse the refund and may terminate the licence under the Terms of Service.
6. How each platform handles it
- Lemon Squeezy (international): refunds are issued by them as Merchant of Record, returning to your original payment method.
- Afdian / Mianbaoduo (China): handled through the platform's refund flow; if not possible via the platform, the author transfers the amount back directly.
